Placed order at 5:30pm for delivery at 7:30pm giving the store the courtesy of time to prepare 8 medium pizzas. $64 later well after 8:00 pm no pizza!! Terrible service !!!
To all you hungry people out there reading this review do not order from this location, you will regret it, they forgot my Ranch which I paid extra for and my pizza and wings were cold to the touch at delivery. I also ordered deep dish and got hand-tossed with barely any toppings. I too saw the ratings of this location and decided to give this place a chance and I regret it. I then called the store and requested my order be remade and was denied. So I'll never visit the store again
By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to.. constant problems with this location in has been for years stopped going a long time ago much better just driving to University and didn't by the time you wait for your pizza in Krum you could have already been to didn't and back.. when they make a mistake they offer no compensation is almost like it is your fault you order the pizza in the first place but that is what you expect when you are dealing with a bunch of children maybe one point the company will wake up and realize how incredibly lacking the management is at this location and the amount of money that they are losing and at some point hopefully they will make a change but until then I take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone reading this post to do also... sorry Pizza Hut but you have failed miserably Papa John's for the win they actually appreciate your business lol
High school kids with no supervision making bad pizza, forgeting any special instruction, and taking over an hour to deliver in town. This is the worst pizza hut I've ever eaten at
I ordered pizza at the Krum, Texas location. The online system said it was down so I called the store. I placed my order to the guy and asked if I could get the 7.99 online deal still since computers were down. He said he had another offer but it was more than the 7.99 deal so I told him they should honor the 7.99 deal since its their computer messed up and that is deal they are advertising. He said let me get my manager. Right off the bat she was rude how she answered phone and was talking with me. She sounded frustrated and was taking it out on me. She said the guy put the 7.99 offer and what part don't I understand. I said that is not what he told me. I can't write the entire conversation because it is too long, but she has no customer service skills and I'm very disappointed that I like pizza hut and have to get treated this way.
